Making sense of the menopause

I've been navigating peri-menopause and learning so much about this period in a womans life.


I was surprised how much I needed to know before all this started and would have been so much more prepared and ready.


To be honest, I'm so grateful I had already adopted a mindful practice as I'm sure it would have been more challenging.


Based on what I know about stress and what I've researched on menopause, I've joined up with Geraldine Kilcoyne a PT and trained menopause and put on a seminar to provide useful information and tips to manage menopause, so women can make a choices that suit them.
