I love this quote, often we think resting has to be lying up, taking a break, holiday, relaxation and yes these can be your rest activities, however if you are not present this is not rest at all.

You will experience unrest, be present in all you do and an inner peace is able to present itself, giving a calmer body and mind, impacting your health and wellbeing, creating a happier you.

This is essential rest that we gain immediate benefits from, introducing this daily mindful practice will change your life.

Breathe, pause, just be and rest 🙏
