Pop up - Strong yogic Pranayama Breathwork and meditation class 1 hour session Thursday 23rd May 7pm - 8pm £10 a class An Introduction to breathwork and meditation, energise mind and body. Strong yogic breathwork Helps strengthen and repair respiratory system Releases toxins from body Supports immune system Improves blood circulation Unblocks and resets the mind and emotional system Meditation Relaxs the body Calms energy in mind Brjngs mind, body into balance Gives clarity of mind Both activities help reduce stress, anxiety and improve depression. This class will involve the lying down throughout, a mat, cushion and blanket required. Consider support, cushion for under knees if you find lying down uncomfortable in lower back. **not suitable if more than 4 months pregnant Register your place and pay on arrival
