Lorraine Rooney qualified Mindfulness Practitioner and Aine Boyle, registered Nutritional Therapist & Chef join together to bring a 4 hour programme on eating ourselves healthy

This 4 hour programme is delivered in 4 x 1 hour zoom sessions

The course can help you:-

Be free of thinking about food constantly Learn to have a healthy relationship with food Enjoy eating - guilt free Eat without counting calories Eat without looking fat content

The programme includes:

· Weekly live zoom sessions

· Handouts

· Access to online library of healthy & wellbeing books

· A mini “Health & Energy” session with Aine (phone or zoom)
