About the Event
Learn how to help reduce stress, anxiety, depression and bring inner calmness, contentment and peace, through a different weekly technique
Each week will be a taster of these health & wellbeing practices for you to gain some understanding and methods to adapt into your life immediately.
Session 1 Mindfulness & Different Breathing Techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, improve wellbeing
Session 2 Meditation & EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), learn how to reduce emotional and physical pain
Session 3 Mindful Eating – learn to have a healthy relationship with food
Session 4 Relax Yoga & Meditation – no level of fitness required, this slow meditative yoga poses, all floor based
(Note Relax Yoga is not suitable if pregnant, current bulging disc or recent hip/knee operartion)
The programme will be deliver over 4 weeks via zoom classes, delegates can attend with or without video participation. Please note the class will be recorded, for those unable to attend the live class and is available to all registered attendees for 6 days until the next session.
