Join me for a gentle morning of yoga nidra meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and a soothing sound bath — a sacred pause to breathe, reflect, and simply be.
Let the peaceful energy of Dromantine’s beautiful grounds hold you as you release the noise of daily life.
After our session, you’re invited to wander the serene paths, in your own time, soaking in the pure country air and the healing calm of nature.
