Wellbeing Morning -BANBRIDGE - 24th October

As the season changes to autumn its a time to connect with the energy and begin to move from the high energy of doing and begin to move into a slower pace ready for winter.

COME REST - BREATHE - RELAX - Sunday 24th October 10am - 1pm - Banbridge - Old Ballydown School, 170 Castlewellan Road

We will start our day with a gentle routine of mindfulness connection, breathwork and mindful movement. We will move any stagnant morning energy, raise our vibration to feel a warm glow from the inside.

With some meditation and more breathwork we will connect to ourselves, finding some well deserved calmness of mind and setting some intentions.

So recalibrate and balance your body, enjoy your own space, enjoy a little bit of peace and silence, to listen to your inner self.
