As summer arrives and we feel the summer glow on our skin, lets take the sunlight into our bodies and reconnect to glow, with a journey of mindfulness, relaxation, meditation and breathwork.

About the Event
REST - BREATHE - RELAX - Sunday 20th June 10am - 1pm
We will start our day with a energising routine of mindfulness connection, breathwork and mindful movement. We will move any stagnant morning energy, raise our vibration to feel a warm glow from the inside.
With meditation work we will connect to the bright, glow of sun energy, finding some well deserved calmness of mind,.
So recalibrate and balance your body, enjoy your own space, enjoy a little bit of peace and silence, to listen to your innerself.
I invite anyone who feels the need to give to themselves a morning to themselves, so you can return to everyday life feeling a greater sense of:
