Summer Glow Workshop - BANBRIDGE - 20th June 2021

REST - BREATHE - RELAX - Sunday 20th June 10am - 1pm

We will start our day with a energising routine of mindfulness connection, breathwork and mindful movement.  We will move any stagnant morning energy, raise our vibration to feel a warm glow from the inside.

With meditation work we will connect to the bright, glow of sun energy, finding some well deserved calmness of mind,.

So recalibrate and balance your body, enjoy your own space, enjoy a little bit of peace and silence, to listen to your innerself.

I invite anyone who feels the need to give to themselves a morning to themselves,  so you can return to everyday life feeling a greater sense of:

The morning will involve, lying down, standing and seated activities all very easy on the body, no cardio activities.  Chairs are available if sitting on the floor becomes strenuous.  

• Please bring a water bottle, your own comfortable mat as we will be on a non-carparted floor, bring a cusion or pillow or two to ensure you are comfortable and also a blanket for that ultimate cosy feeling.  If the weather is warm and sunny we will be able to do some of these activities outside.

Refreshments will be available - herbal teas, (no coffee or caffeine drinks available so we can keep our bodies calm) fruit and snacks but you are welcome to bring your own snacks.
