RELAXATION CLASSES - STRETCH - BREATHE - RELAX - 4 WEEKS
Relaxing and resting our bodies is essential for all of us.
If you do regular high impact exercise your body will also need to stretch and relax to help improve your performance.
If you experience, depression or anxiety, your body will need to relax and detox, let go of stored up cortisol.
We need to balance our life with high activity exercise and relaxation, find a balance can be challenging and this class will offer you the yin to your yang.
With these 1 hour rest and digest classes you will
* Boost your immune system
* Oxygentate the body and improve blood circulation
* Strenghten and balance the nervous system
* Improve flexability and mobility
* Help with reducing depression and anxiety
Classes will involve Part 1 - 40 minutes of Yin Poses to stretch parts of our body that will reduce tightness and pain, these poses are gentle and easy, suitable for most. However if you are pregnant or recently had a hip or knee operation in the last 3 months these classses are not suitable or experiencing a recent buldging disc.
Part 2 - 20 minutes of Pranayama breathwork to help improve our breathing, to connect the breath to control, expand and extend our lungs/respiritory system and take toxins out of our body.
This block of 4 weeks you will begin to feel the difference in your well-being feeling all the benefits these 2 activities bring.
