Relaxation classes Banbridge

4 week block - 7pm - 8pm

These classs will help reduce stress, improve wellness

If you love relaxing and letting everything go

OR if you find it challenging to relax then this class if perfect for both

40 minutes slow easy Yin Yoga poses which will by seating or lying down. No fitness level required or yoga experience.

Purpose is to stretch the fascia in and around our muscles to help with flexibility and reducing pain.

Then 20 minutes pranayama breathwork to improve circulation,  respiratory system, endocrine (hormone) system, improving energy, immune system, physical and mental health.

£32 for 4 classes or £10 drop in.

Bring a mat, cushion and blanket
