RELAX YIN YOGA CLASSES
Feeling tight in lower back, hips, knees?
Feeling a little unmotivated, lethargic?
My relax yin yoga, breathwork and meditation class will help improve mobility and support immune, energy system with a more slow, relaxed activity.
Working on stretching parts of your body to stretch the fascia in your muscles and around your muscles to improve movement, flexibility and reducing back pain.
