About the Event
As the days get shorter and darker, many of us begin to feel our mood shift. This can be particularly stressful for those experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), commonly known as "winter depression," which is often linked to reduced exposure to sunlight during autumn and winter.
To support you through these changes, I will be offering more Strong Pranayama Breathwork and Meditation classes over the coming months. These sessions are designed to bring consistency to your practice, helping boost your mood and energize both mind and body.
