Mindfulness Meditation helps us to live the life that is meaningful, fulfilling and worthwhile.
The course will teach mindful techniques that can help you manage your mental and emotional well being, where you will learn to feel more in control of your mind and your feelings.
Mindfulness also, helps us find the time to manage all the daily responsibilities in our life with patience, calmness and focus. This will create a happier sense of well being which enables us to focus on our self more without feeling guilty.
The classes are 1 hour each week and include some theoretical teachings and meditation.
All covid-19 guidelines will be adhered to keep the safety and comfort for all attendees. Hand sanitiser on arrival, face masks available, all attendees will be seated 1 metre apart. However should the course be disrupted due to restrictions itvwull be moved online.

Delivered by an experienced Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Lorraine Rooney, Wellbeing NI. Receive guidance from Lorraine Rooney who has 6 years experienced of mindfulness meditation and teaching classes. Lorraine brings her own experiences into the teachings each week to help implement mindfulness, easily into your daily life.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners who have no or very little mindfulness and meditation experience or those wishing to refresh their practice. This course is aged 18+.
