How about if you could enjoy all this without the controling emotions?
Learn how to break free of the constant thought cycles of possible negative eating habits?
Over this 4 week programme we will look further into the psychology of why we eat?
During the sessions we will be using tools such as Breathwork, Meditations and EFT (Tapping)
Please note, this is not a course on nutrition or dieting.
Also this course is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing an eating disorder
