Re-balancing your physical and mental health.  Time for yourself, no need to check in with anyone, do anything for anyone, check your phone, just check in with yourself.  Let me and Jenny from Hot Yoga Newry  Newry help you enjoy the things we love doing to take care of ourselves.   Gentle yoga  Pranayama Breathwork  Yin Yoga  Gentle Breathwork  Meditation   Suitable for beginners or those experienced in these activities.  £35 pp includes healthy snacks & refreshments   You will need your yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the more relaxing activities.  To book contact me with your name and then pay a £10 deposit is required to secure your place,  Payment link will be sent to you on booking.
