COURSE DELIVERY - LIMITED PLACES - ONLY 12 SPACES AVAILABLE
5 live classes 6.45pm - 7.45pm each week on Wednesday evenings starting 11th November, includes theoretical teachings and meditation.
All covid-19 guidelines will be adhered to keep the safety and comfort for all attendees. Hand sanitiser on arrival, face masks can be worn on arrival and leaving (unless you are exempt) and removed once seated. All attendees will be seated 1-2 meters apart.
PLEASE NOTE - should the course be disrupted due to restrictions and is unable to continue in this format the classes will be moved and delivered online via Facebook. Also should you not be able to attend for any reason, the class is recorded in the Facebook Group
