NEXT - Living with Grief/Bereavement
Workshop, over 3 sessions
7.15pm - 8.30pm Tuesday 13th, 20th, 27th February
Location - Elysium Wellness Centre.
My mum passed over in February 2023, I have learned so much about myself and how to live with this experience and loss. My mindful practice played a great part, however I felt guided to learn more to bring support to myself and others. I completed an End-of-Life Doula foundation course which gave me a greater insight. Completing this course I have combined my mindfulness skills, knowledge and experience and designed a workshop on grief.
I decided to deliver this workshop in November last year and feedback was amazing with regards to attendees benefiting from others and the content, I've decided to schedule more dates.
