Level 3 Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Starting Tuesday 6th February for 5 weeks 6pm-7pmElysium Wellness Centre Newry

These classes are advanced mindfulness teachings.

We will discuss recognising ego and being more centred, peaceful, connecting to our higher, spiritual self.

This class is not for beginners, if you have attended my level 2 or this level 3 before and are looking to learn more or refresh this is the class for you.

Also if your currently practicing a mindful life and have not attended any of my classes this is also a class for you.
