Grief Retreat

NEW Event - Grief & Bereavement Retreat Sunday 4th Agnew 10.30am - 2.30pm

This Retreat is being held atYellow Rock Sanctuary 6 Tapny Road Lislea, co.armagh which is a peaceful, quiet space to honour yourself and your grief.

Previously this event was 3 evenings over 3 weeks and since visiting Yellow Rock Sanctuary I feel this is a perfect environment for holding this workshop.

Grief is stored in our bodies and can cause illness, depression, addiction or anxiety.  We don't often know we have it suppressed deep down, until it erupts, out of nowhere, months or years later. Maybe we have forgotten what it is to feel lightness and joy and need a helping hand.
