About the Event
Enjoy a morning to yourself and join me for a winter season workshop of relaxation, in our quiet peaceful centre at the Old Ballydown Primary School, Banbridge and then go onto do your Christmas shopping or lunch in the afternoon feeling relaxed and tranquil.
Time 10am - 1pm
Winter can make us feel lethargic, cold, tight muscles, and a sense of feeling low.
We can actively create our own self- care in the winter which will keep our inner self alive and connected to our awareness.
We will be doing the following:-
A Hot Tea meditation
