About the Event
Listening to Tibetan Singing Bowls to relax and let go of tension. This will be accompanied with other percussion instruments for clearing and grounding.
When you are more relaxed and less stressed it is easier for your body to activate its own natural healing mechanisms.
Enjoy a calm environment with candlelight to create a natural relaxed atmosphere.
Cost £20 pay cash or card on arrival
Pre booking is essential due to limited spaces - *cancellation - should you be unable to attend after booking please provide 48 hours notice, as often there is a waiting list and enables another person to attend.Â
Please note:
• How to prepare: Please bring a yoga mat a pillow and blanket and bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring an extra cushion for under knees if your back is uncomfortable lying down.
• Lying down is not essential to enjoy this session, it is possible to be seated on floor and lean against a wall. Please advise if you require a chair.

• Please note: Do not attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
