Deepen your Practice

Online Level 3 Mindfulness - 27th May 2020 5 weeks

Are you practising or have practised Mindfulness Meditation?

Would you like to deepen that practise or pick your practise back up.?

Then this is the next level from beginners, from intermediate to more in-depth practise with the Ego. 

Each hour I will discuss the learning for that week and, we’ll be doing a meditation to connect more with ourselves and improve our wellbeing. These will be visual meditations that will help us let go of energy and feelings we are holding onto

Topics covered:-

  • The core of ego

  • The ego being present

  • Good / Bad

  • Presence 

  • Awakening

The format of the class will be live via a private Facebook group. No interaction will be required, you can sit back with a cuppa and listen to the workshop live or anytime you want in the week before the next session as it will be recorded. Handouts will also be sent after class.

Online Mindfulness Meditation Practice for Beginners - Northern Ireland UK - Level 1 7th May 2020

Delivered by an experienced Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Lorraine Rooney, Wellbeing NI. Receive guidance from Lorraine Rooney who has 6 years experienced of mindfulness meditation and teaching classes. Lorraine brings her own experiences into the teachings each week to help implement mindfulness, easily into your daily life.

The course will teach mindful techniques to help you manage your mental and emotional wellbeing, where you will learn to feel more in control of your mind and your feelings.

Mindfulness also, helps us find the time to manage all the daily responsibilities in your life with patience, calmness and focus. This will create a happier sense of wellbeing which enables you to focus on yourself more without feeling guilty.

COURSE DELIVERY

The course is delivered via Private Facebook group via Wellbeing NI Facebook page, which will be recorded and saved in the group, so if you are late or unable to attend on the dedicated day, you can watch the recording in your own time, so you won’t miss a week.

Being part of the group, provides a forum of privacy and option to engage within the group if a delegate wishes too, where they can ask questions to the trainer or other delegates. There is no compulsory engagement.

The classes will include some theoretical teachings and meditation.
