Delivered by an experienced Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Lorraine Rooney, Wellbeing NI. Receive guidance from Lorraine Rooney who has 6 years experienced of mindfulness meditation and teaching classes. Lorraine brings her own experiences into the teachings each week to help implement mindfulness, easily into your daily life.
The course will teach mindful techniques to help you manage your mental and emotional wellbeing, where you will learn to feel more in control of your mind and your feelings.
Mindfulness also, helps us find the time to manage all the daily responsibilities in your life with patience, calmness and focus. This will create a happier sense of wellbeing which enables you to focus on yourself more without feeling guilty.
The course is delivered via Private Facebook group via Wellbeing NI Facebook page, which will be recorded and saved in the group, so if you are late or unable to attend on the dedicated day, you can watch the recording in your own time, so you won’t miss a week.
Being part of the group, provides a forum of privacy and option to engage within the group if a delegate wishes too, where they can ask questions to the trainer or other delegates. There is no compulsory engagement.
The classes will include some theoretical teachings and meditation.
